Ep 3 – Curves & Cancellations

Series II | Episode 3

In this episode, Mared Parry tells her story about the prolonged, painful wait for life changing surgery, the hopes and dreams shattered by multiple cancellations and the road to recovery.  We discuss how the NHS is struggling from lack of funding, and how this may have been a contributing factor to Mared’s long wait for surgery.  Mared gives advice to those with scoliosis who may be considering or waiting for an operation.

This episode is supporting Scoliosis Association UK, supporting people with scoliosis. If you need support, advice or someone to talk to, call 020 8964 1166.  Visit http://SAUK.org.uk for more information
